Opening soon — VirtuaSanté is getting ready. Appointments and clinical services are expected by the end of summer 2026.

What a virtual visit looks like

Four clear steps: from choosing a time to understanding what comes next. We also want you to know when in-person care or the emergency department is the better option.

Clinician using telemedicine
  1. Pick a time

You see availability before you confirm. Change or cancel according to the rules shown at booking.

  2. Complete the intake

A short questionnaire helps your clinician prepare. We only ask what is needed for safe care.

  3. Meet by secure video

A confidential conversation when virtual care is appropriate for what you are experiencing.

  4. Understand next steps

Advice, prescriptions when clinically appropriate, and guidance to another setting if needed.

Before your visit

  • You must be on Quebec territory at the time of your visit, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Find a quiet place with a stable internet connection.
  • Write down symptoms, medications, and questions you want to cover.

Emergencies: if you may be having an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
