Four simple steps, from booking to payment.

Book your appointment
On the Book a visit page, choose the reason that truly matches your situation, then pick the clinician and time that work for you.

Complete the secure questionnaire
You will receive an email with a secure link to a short questionnaire about the reason for your visit. Filling it out before the appointment is very important.
3
Join the virtual visit
Another email will follow with the link to join your consultation at the scheduled time.
4
Receive and pay your invoice
After the visit, you will receive your invoice by email. Payment can be made by Interac e-transfer or, on request, by credit card.
Before your visit
- You must be on Quebec territory at the time of your visit, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Find a quiet place with a stable internet connection.
- Write down symptoms, medications, and questions you want to cover.
Emergencies: if you may be having an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
