VirtuaSanté is a private virtual clinic for people who are in Quebec at the time of their appointment. Our aim is straightforward: make access to care easier while holding a high bar for quality, confidentiality, and compliance with the professional framework that applies in Quebec.

You must be in Quebec
To comply with applicable laws and regulations, we can only see people who are physically in Quebec at the time of the appointment. If you are outside the province, we cannot offer a consultation, even if you have ties to Quebec (usual residence, health insurance card, and so on).
How we work

Emergencies and limits
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Virtual care is not suitable for every situation; your clinician will tell you when an in-person exam or another service is required.
